InnoTivum was founded by Hans-Bernd Kittlaus as a consulting and training company in 2001. Since then it has provided services to a large number of companies internationally with special emphasis on software product management, business aspects of software, and cooperation and alignment between business and IT. The Services include interim management, consulting, coaching and training. Based on Hans-Bernd’s extensive experience in the software industry, SPM has been a major focus area which is becoming more and more relevant to all industries.
